Top 5 - 6 May 2026
My top picks from the past week
I have a sense that the coming years are not going to be comfortable. So we need to get comfortable with ourselves. Which primarily means with who we are beyond what we seem to be.
Top 5
1. This seems like pretty big news to me. I see Iran has responded. It reads to me like the Trump family is profiting greatly from what looks like a well planned take over, using public funds and public armies, to secure private wealth. Plus Patrick suggests that the petrodollar collapse will support the rise of technocracy that he has been warning about and none of us want.
2. For some reason I found this story of how badly these two ladies were treated by my fellow doctors particularly riling. In Japan they had a tradition called Harakiri or Seppuku where a samurai who dishonoured their code of conduct would commit suicide by their own sword. Doctors seem to have forgotten that they too have a code, First Do No Harm, that they have seriously abused. I wonder if we would be better off without a lot of them? I’m not suggesting they commit suicide. I am suggesting they take a long, hard, honest look at themselves.

3. Leighton Smith recently commented on how he and others had no access to the powers that be because the powers that be didn’t want to know. John O’Looney says the same thing: I have the pathology,. No one wants to even look at it. There were quite a few of us that indeed were aware of the blatant lies around Covid and the injections. Many of us contacted the authorities and tried to communicate with them. We were either ignored or struck off. Essentially none of our Covid response was needed at all. And still the hardest thing for some people to get is the following:
4. World War 3, for me, started with the Covid False Flag that culminated in the mass injection of probably 70% of humanity with an improperly tested genetically engineered protein that turned out to be toxic and not to have any off switch for some people. David digs into the other factors, like when you injure one person you don’t just take them out of the workforce but the relatives needed to care for them, as well. Decimating the economy further. Edward Dowd has talked about this too.
5. Scientific fraud seems so easy to do. Yet it doesn’t take a scientist to know what is fraud and what is not.
Short Shareables
1. I’ll be looking out for this documentary.
2. Having spent a few months with Herakhan Baba in 1982 I have a serious soft spot for India and Indian culture. That being said I still believe we should be able to share our thoughts on social media without what seems like the Stasi calling us in for questioning. And I’d agree with Winston that the trade deal looks disastrously one sided. It could just end up being another vehicle that the government uses to destroy our economy. Maybe it’s just part of that plan?

3. When grass-fed becomes a suspicious term.

4. It’s still in play. Don’t for a second believe that it’s not.
5. No they aren’t;). It’s always comes down to acknowledging what works for our own body-mind.
